Here is Sissy Rule #6.

6.     A Sissy must always keep her toe nails painted with colored polish.

 

As you walk around at work, you wonder what other employees would think if they new your secret of painted toes. A Sissy who is really dedicated has a pedicure once every 4 weeks at a nail salon. It is fun to let the nail tech pick your colors and put designs on your toes. A visit to a nail salon is the ultimate in feminine activity.  It might also be fun to add a toe ring.

Sissy Rule #5

Hi Girls:

Here is Sissy Rule #5

#5.      A Sissy must always keep her finger nails painted with clear polish and wear pink or red polish on the nails of her little fingers in public for at least 4 hours each week.

A good Sissy always keeps her finger nails well manicured and painted with clear high gloss polish. She must let her nails grow to a feminine length and shape them with a file to keep them looking good.

At least once a week a Sissy must paint her little fingers with pink or red polish and wear them that way out in public for at least 4 hours. She may paint more nails if desired and may use different colors on her other fingers if she has the courage to do so.

Today I am a Victoria Secret's girl again wearing VS panties an a VS bra.

SISSY RULE #4

Hi Girls:

Here is Sissy Rule #4

#4. A Sissy must respect all women and compliment or perform one good deed for a woman every week.

A Sissy must worship all women and devote her sissy activities to pleasing, respecting, and serving women. A Sissy must perform tasks like holding a door open for them. A Sissy must complement women on their appearance and / or acknowledge them with a smile and a comment such as "Have a great day". If the women responds with "Thank You" or a similar response the Sissy must do a curtsy and say "It is my pleasure".

A bra must be worn as much as possible so that a Sissy knows what women feel when they wear a bra. The tighter the bra the better for the Sissy experience.

It is even a better sign of Sissy dedication when a Sissy wears a matching set of panties and bras.

Sissy Rule #2

Every Sissy must keep a diary of her daily sissy activities and record her feelings as she grows in her sissy development. The diary entries should include details of public humiliation tasks, details of any punishments that she receives, and her feelings about her humiliation and punishments.

Humiliation Report

Hi Girls:

Here is my humiliation report from this morning.  I dressed as described in my previous post and went to MacDonald's. I went in and ordered and told the counter clerk that it was Pink day today. She said I can see that. I asked her how she liked my pink nails and she said they look cute. As I was paying I dropped my Victoria Secrets bag and the woman behind me in line picked it up and handed it to me. I got several looks from other customers. I went to a table in the front area and sat down and wrote my sentences. It took me about a half hour to finish writing them in my pink note book. I then left MacDonald's and drove to the mall.

I went into the mall and walked to the food court where I sat a table and wrote my second set of sentences in my pink note book. I didn't attract much attention. I went up to a woman who was working in the mall and said "Did you know today is Pink Day". She said no. I then said "Do you like my pink nails?" and then held one hand out to show her. She said "They look very nice".

When I left home I took a sign with me that said "Today is Pink Day". I was told that if I didn't get pictures I was to stand outside the mall entrance wearing the sign for 15 minutes. I went outside and hung the sign around my neck and stood outside the mall entrance. There must have been 8 women that made comments to me or laughed at me. Some comments were:
You look cute.
Pink looks good on you.
I didn't know it was pink day.
I love your stockings.
Why are you dressed like that. I replied that I was being punished for not following instructions and was being publically humiliated. I responded with a "Thank You" to the other comments.

When my 15 minutes was up I went to my car and left the mall.

I loved these tasks. The humiliation was great.

Today is PINK DAY!

I am wearing pink flats, pink thigh high stockings, pink lace see through panties, a pink stuffed bra, a pink tunic top, pink short shorts, pink lipstick, a pink hat, pink nail polish, and pink earrings. I will be carrying my pink purse, a pink umbrella, a pink Victoria Secrets bag, and a pink note book when I go to MacDonald's and the mall this morning. At each location I must sit at a table in a conspicuous location and write the following sentence in my pink note book 50 times.

" I am a Big Sissy and I love public humiliation".

At each location I must ask a women if she likes my pink nails and tell a different woman that it is Pink Day. I must also try and get some one to take my picture at each location.

Today I picked a pair of purple lace see through panties and a pair of stretch dark blue panties. I am wearing them now.

Today I added a pink gel pen and a pink notebook to the items that I will need tomorrow for my public humiliation punishment.

I have been a bad Sissy by not posting my activities since last Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I continued random picking panties from my old panty box. Pick A Panty Again

Hi Girls:

This morning I picked a very old dark blue panty girdle out of my panty box. I didn't know that it was in the box. I should have been in the box with my girdles.
